Rodney’s journey began in the Park Heights area of Northwest Baltimore, where, even as a young advocate, he worked tirelessly to uplift his community. His commitment to service started at just 13 years old, legally contributing his time and energy to making a difference. Throughout the years, he has received prestigious awards from both local and national organizations, further fueling his mission to create creative outlets for youth inside and outside of school. His early endeavors included founding the Park Heights Theater Association, where he directed and produced impactful productions such as The Father by August Strindberg and Silly Soup for children in the community. His passion for the arts extended to the church, where he wrote and produced plays, and even launched A Touch of Class Modeling Agency, providing young talent with a platform for self-expression. Rodney’s influence spans beyond the stage. He played an integral role in the Stop The Killing Campaign in Baltimore, led benefit shows for AIDS awareness supporting the Chase Brexton Center, and organized charity events for Multiple Sclerosis and 9/11 relief efforts with donations to the Red Cross. His work in media includes his tenure at V-103 Radio Station, where he contributed to promotions and radio broadcasting. His artistic passion led him to the Baltimore School for the Arts, where he majored in Theater Arts, solidifying his expertise in the entertainment industry. Recognized for his strong yet friendly professional style, Rodney is more than an industry veteran—he’s a mentor, leader, and advocate for artists.
